Ensure your Kestrel meter or logger meets strict accuracy standards with our NIST-traceable calibration service. This service is designed for research, safety, and environmental monitoring compliance and includes the NIST Calibration Report & Certificate.
All our calibration standards are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Our wind/airflow standard is calibrated in the NIST laser doppler wind tunnel, as this is the only lab in the country that can provide the calibration accuracy we require.
NIST-traceable calibration ensures your Kestrel meets the highest accuracy standards required in regulated fields like research, safety, and environmental monitoring. Each service includes a NIST Calibration Report and Certificate with "as found" and "as left" values, and sensors are adjusted when possible to restore accuracy.
When can you purchase NIST-Traceable Calibration?
